Returns, swaps & warranty
Sizes change, and sometimes the first guess is wrong. That is normal. Returns, exchanges and warranty for Nursi Luna products are all handled by the store where you ordered, under its return policy.

| I ordered the wrong kit or size | Start a return in your order at the store within its return window, then order the one you need. |
| The ruler says I need a size I don’t have | Look at our single-size packs of 15, 19 and 21mm inserts — often cheaper than a whole new kit. |
| Something arrived damaged or missing | Report it through your order in the store; they will replace or refund it. |
| A part failed after a few weeks | Warranty claims go through the store too. Have your order details ready. |
| I’m not sure it fits my pump | Write to us first — tell us the pump and shield size and we will tell you honestly. |
Tip: silicone inserts that have been used cannot usually be returned for hygiene reasons, so measure with the ruler before you try them.
